Performance Standards

We place great store on quality.  We have a range of internal quality procedures to ensure that, at all times, we adhere to the highest standards.

We have established a number of client protocols and have standards to cover:

  acknowledgement of instructions
  pre-agreed timescales for responding to correspondence
  telephone call response times
  notice of unavoidable delays in previously-agreed timescales
  intervals for update reports
  intervals for client reviews

 

Key2 Recoveries shall endeavour to give you estimates of costs, where appropriate.  We shall help you budget by constantly reviewing the costs and trying to give you realistic advice as to anticipated further costs throughout.
